Carbometrics is delighted to announce that we have been awarded an R&D grant by the Henry Royce Institute. The Royce Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) has been developed to support the UK materials community in projects aimed at accelerating the transfer of new and sustainable technologies, leveraging national capability and expertise in materials science. This grant will support us in our efforts to develop next generation polymers for use in optical glucose sensors in collaboration with Professor Steve Rannard at the University of Liverpool.

During the project, we’ll be utilising some of our in-house specialist equipment including our analytical and preparative SEC, NMR and fluorescence microscope.
